The location of the VLBA RFI surveys:
/home/aspen6/VLBA_rfi/date where date is YYYYMMM (i.e. 2000feb)
Once you are viewing a survey plot in xvgr, you may edit the plot or
zoom in by using the following commands.
To "turn on/off a station":
Right Click Edit
Right Click on Set operations
Right Click on Deactivate...
Right click on the arrow. From this list left click the number that cooresponds
with the station you want to deactivate.
Left click on the Apply button
The number 0 corresponds to the top most station on the legend and continues
sequencially through the list.
Right Click on Edit
Right Click on Set operations
Right Click on Reactivate...>
Right click on the arrow. From this list left click the number that cooresponds with the station you want to activate.
To zoom in on a particular frequency:
Right Click View
Right Click on Define world...
Change the values next to Xmin, Xmax, X-major, X-minor
Xmin: is the minimum frequency
Xmax: is the maximum frequency
X-major: has a longer tick mark and has the cooresponding number beneath it.
X-minor: only has a small tick mark.
Left Click on Update world/ticks
To create a postscript file:
Do NOT print these files to any AOC printer other than pscolor, unless
you first configure the postscript file for the other printer of your choice; if this is not done first, a ream of paper with control characters will print out.
Right click File
Right click Printer setup... Another window opens up and
Right click the arrow print to: and click file enter pathname and filename
Left click print
At the command promts use the pscolor command to print this file.
