VLA RFI Bulletin 5:  GPS-L3 Tests Scheduled for February

US Space Command has announced a series of GPS-L3 tests for
early February, 1998.  A new BLOCK 2R satellite will require
some L3 (1381.04 MHz) memory readouts on the following days
and times:
