           out, LA's VME hung up and is not accepting RCMDs.                    
           Did a sensaphone reboot of the station computer.                     
           Also had to send observ.tx to BR in order to get                     
           observing started there.                                             
     0402  LA: observe file on the VME was shorter than what it                 
           should be. Was able to get the file sent out to the                  
           station VME without any problems. Issued a reboot                    
           command so that the correctly uploaded file will                     
           run.
