KB had an unlocked PLO most of the time, so there fringes only for a few
short intervals. Most data is lost.
ZC No S-band fringes till after about 19:11 UT. Their schedule apparently
had them using IFD channel D prior to 19:11 and which they corrected
and have good fringes after that.
ZC also has no fringes for bbc4 (x-band) throughout the project.
SC had a recorder problem and there is no good data until about 21:00 UT.
