           This is due to cold weather at the site. Will                        
           monitor; subreflector is not reaching position                       
           in ROTATION at 4cm - there is not enough time                        
           allowed for the subreflector to get into position.

0418-2006 *NL not observing. The subreflector is not getting     WEA    100  948
           into position now at all at any of the frequencies                   
           (6cm/4cm/2cm) - getting almost continuous ROTATION                   
           MOTOR FOLDBACK and ROTATION MOTION ANALYSIS faults.                  
           Contacted scheduler, he said that this observation                   
           can run with 9 sites. Pulling antenna from                           
           observing since no good data are being recorded.

     0654  New operator is Betty Ragan.                                         
     0744 *HN subreflector rotation is often very slow to                       
           reach the commanded position.  It is also very                       
           cold there, with considerable snow having fallen                     
           in the last day or so.  It's especially having                       
           trouble getting to the 32.5 position, frequently                     
           failing to make it in time, or getting stuck on                      
           the way with "rotation motors foldback" errros.
