PROPOSAL TITLE:  Stucture and spectrum of a BAL quasar

PROPOSAL STATUS ( 08/25/04 ):  Approved for dynamic scheduling, low 
 priority

Proposal Selection Committee - August 4, 2004: The referee ratings for
this proposal were too poor to warrant scheduling it with Y1 (and 
therefore on a fixed date).  We will include it in the dynamic queue
at low priority, without Y1.

CURRENT TIME ALLOCATION:
 1 times  9.0 hrs dynamically scheduled centered at LST 16.5
     with 256 Mbits/sec recording
