PROPOSAL TITLE:  Water maser kinematics close to high-mass YSOs

PROPOSAL STATUS ( 08/25/04 ):  Approved for dynamic scheduling, 
 second priority

Proposal Selection Committee - August 4, 2004: With these referee 
ratings at this high frequency, we rejected the target at the busy 
LSTs for the VLBA.  For the accepted target, you should consider 
relaxing your weather constraints to increase your chances of 
getting your requested epoch spacing.

CURRENT TIME ALLOCATION:
 4 times 12.0 hrs dynamically scheduled centered at LST  6.0
     with  64 Mbits/sec recording
