I suggest your third epoch on January 17, 1400-0200 UT, with a VLA single 
antenna, at 256 Mbits/sec

Co-proposer Mark Claussen should act as local technical contact person for
this observation.

This will be segment C of the proposal.

We would like to have an observe file as soon as possible, by Friday if
possible.
