... have been loaded into  /home/vlbiobs/astronomy/jan04/ts020e  .

You may need to update the project database to show me as the PI,
so that I will get the logs, etc.  Please also update the entries
for TS020D so I'll get the DAT, and TS020F if necessary.  Peggy
told me she had just copied entries for TS020A/B/C over, which
have Vivek's name, address, e-mail, etc.
