I made directories for and installed sched files/setup files for the 26 
BC120C* projects in /home/aspen6/astronomy/dynamic .

Due to our galactic center restrictions, projects BC120CJ, BC120CU and 
BC120CX are to be placed at medium priority.  All others should be at high 
priority.
