Dear Analysts,

Please find attached a .key file for bc118. This is seriously late
and I apologise for this. I thought it had been sent out already
but I think it was lost during an email outage last year. We had
to recreate the file from scratch.

If it is too late to insert in the dynamic scheduling queue we 
will understand. However the data is still wanted, so if it could
be slotted in we should be most grateful.
