Subject: BS 181 = Transient in NGC2770 / ToO

Alicia: ToO proposal BS 181 has been accepted for insertion into the VLBA
dynamic queue at high priority, for 1 times 10.0 hrs centered at 9.0 PTLST
with 256 Mbits/sec recording.

We are willing to be flexible about the VLBA resources needed to meet the
proposal's science goals; to that end, please keep dynsoc informed about the
target's evolving VLA properties.

NRAO: I am herewith asking Mark Claussen to serve as local technical contact
