   Summary: BH151A, B, and C: We request a "mini"-campaign of 3 VLBA L-band
observations of M87 for late Jan/early Feb while the TeV telescopes are
observing (necessary for dark moon time).  The first epoch (A) should
begin around Jan 30-Feb 3, then the other two should follow by 5+/- 2 days
(epoch B) and 10 +/-2 days (epoch C).
