VLBI project BB240R went fairly smoothly except for a slightly late start,
due to having to unwrap the azimuth, retract the prime focus boom,
and also to change the max aximuth slew rate (because the temperature
was dropping).

We were on the schedule at 04:33 UT, then missed 04:51 to 04:54 UT
after the peak/focus on 3C286.
Otherwise, everything went well.

The weather was windy with light snow.

Disk NRAO-050 was shipped to Socorro today.
