In this case the operator could not get the communication working to get source changes, and stayed on the first source for about the first hour.(you can see because noise temperature does not change with elevation). The 4C39.25 scan at the end is definitely below local horizon. Best chance is after 23:00. Sorry I should have mentioned it before. Regards, dave
