PROPOSAL TITLE:  Proper motions of the H2O masers toward OH12.8-0.9

PROPOSAL STATUS ( 04/28/05 ):  Approved for dynamic scheduling, high
priority

Proposal Selection Committee - April 8, 2005: Y1 should not be
requested to enhance sensitivity at high frequencies, because that
forces the segment to a fixed date which might have  unsuitable
weather and, thus, degraded sensitivity.

CURRENT TIME ALLOCATION:
 3 times  5.0 hrs dynamically scheduled centered at LST 18.0
     with  64 Mbits/sec recording
