Hi,

I am attaching the key file for BC152a, the first epoch of
a parallax study of the water masers in rho ophiuchus.
This project has been approved for 18 epochs of 5 hours
each, to be scheduled every two weeks.  Phillip, this is
the project I talked to you about last week.  I would like to
get this thing started on or about August 3.  The cadence
is important; I would like to try to get the epochs scheduled
within a two or three days of the two-week cadence.  On the
other hand it is at 1.3cm.  To help facilitate the scheduling,
I put into the dynamic weather constraints that we would take
4cm weather rather than 1cm weather.  Also, the target is
rather southerly, so Br and Hn are the least important stations.
