PROPOSAL STATUS ( 01/06/05 ):  Approved for dynamic scheduling, low 
priority

Proposal Selection Committee - December 3, 2004: Lens B1030 is already 
being observed as the target in an image fidelity test BJ054, PI 
Jackson, on the HSA.  The dynamic allocation is for lens B0739 only.

CURRENT TIME ALLOCATION:
10 times  8.0 hrs dynamically scheduled centered at LST  8.0
     with 128 Mbits/sec recording
