This is scheduled on the VLBA and on GB on February 20/21, 21/22, and 22/23,
2200-1000 UT all three days, at 128 Mbits/sec, for correlation at JIVE.

These are segments A, B, C respectively.

I am herewith asking Joan Wrobel to serve as local technical contact
person for this observation.

Note that observe files for global observations are due in both Bologna and
in Socorro by January 27.
