Subject: new key files for BL111K and BL111L


Barry Clark has informed me that BL111K and BL111L have been in the
dynamic queue for some time since they both required 10 stations. I have
modified the key files for these two experiments to ask for a minimum of
9 stations, with good weather (for 2 cm) at at least 8 stations. Could
you please replace the existing key files with the ones attached below?
