Perreault 0048-1238 *HN EL#2 armature over current errors. 10773 3 21 These errors happen at scan change when the antenna is commanded to go up in EL. Errors are cleared by momentarily disengaging the EL axis, which stops the antenna from pointing. Every time the error is cleared, several seconds of data are lost. Downtime is estimated. 0234-0237 *KP subreflector out of position in focus. FRM 100 3 Did a MASTER CLEAR reset and re-read scan. 0520-0529 *KP subreflector drifting away from commanded 10719 100 9 position in FOCUS. Would eventually get a Focus motion analysis fault. Got subreflector in position at 4cm, have disbaled the Focus axis. Expect to be some degredation of data since the Focus is not exactly on. 0556 FD bad readback drive 1 track 5 All others okay 0608 Readback check okay 0639 New operator is Jim Ogle. 0655 Readbacks okay. 0714-0716 *MK synthesizer #1 MCB error, appears dead. 10816 100 2 Reset frequency and it started responding. 0721-0919 *MK syn#1 is dropping in and out at random. It 10816 100 118 doesn't appear resetting the frequency fixes the problem, I just got lucky when I tried it the first time. 0727 &MK tech contacted, looking at it from home. 10816 0745 Readbacks okay. 0903 Readbacks okay. 0919-0942 *MK site techs on antenna swapping out bad SYN#1. 10816 100 23 0928 Readbacks okay. 0942 *MK techs report that SYN#1 seemed completely dead, even though it was looking okay from here. All data from the time the problem started is probably bad. 1026 *BR bad readbacks on tracks 27-33, drive #2.
