     I noticed the tape running incorrectly from what is published in the
program
     file. I consulted VLBAOPS and they ( R. Heatwole) said that a new
     programming feature has been added. It is called "Autoallocate" This
allows
     the controlling computer to select on its own the direction of travel
at any time.
     Look for this program feature in the masthead of the printout of the
file before
     going into Panic mode.
