Problem(s); The system is complaining that DUMP and G10
have stopped, both SYS1 and SYS0 on BOSS indicated RUN,
could not get a control A on BOSS, called K.Sowinski, he
indicated that I should re-boot the system, the first boot did not
work, VISSRV was not present, booted again per K.Sowinski,
the second boot brought the system back up, as soon as we
went back into two subarrays, DUMP stopped again, however,
G10 did not, aborted and re-executed CC on SPECTRE twice,
this corrected the problem with DUMP. Observing Data: Lost.
