Matt:  As announced to proposers earlier this week, the St. Croix VLBA
antenna is scheduled to be out of operation for substantial corrosion
repairs and repainting, from approimately mid-September through
mid-December.  I mention this because it might influence your observing
strategies for this Large proposal.  - Joan
