Since Arecibo is unable to participate on December 2, we will increase 
the time to compensate for the lower sensitivity of the array.

We will schedule it for December 2, 1800-2215 UT, at 256 Mbits/sec, with
EB, GB, and Y27 (1500-2000 VLALST).
