Confirming scheduling this makeup session on December 27, 0700-2200 UT, 
with GB, EB (0700-1600 UT), and Y27 (0630-2100 VLALST), at 256 Mbits/sec,
but no more than two tapes per station.

This will be segment F of the proposal.

I am herewith asking Mark Claussen to continue serving as local technical
contact person for this proposal.

We would like to have an observe file by December 9.
