I made dynamic directories and placed in them key files for experiments 
bb213a, b, c and d.  The later two experiments are in 2006, so make sure 
there is no confusion regarding target observe dates:

bb213a.key:note1   = 'The optimal observation date is Sep 18, 2005.'
bb213b.key:note1   = 'The optimal observation date is Dec 17, 2005.'
bb213c.key:note1   = 'The optimal observation date is Mar 16, 2006.'
bb213d.key:note1   = 'The optimal observation date is Sep 18, 2006.'
