           as a blown EL fuse (currents were 0 amps). Site                      
           tech replaced fuse and when antenna was pointed                      
           noted that there was a "grinding" sound coming frol                  
           the EL axis / gears. Antenna is under inspection                     
           and is locked out. Antenna is unpointable.

           plots for KP, noted that there is an RFI spike                       
           very close to this frequency.
