1923-0131  SC has many bogus "antenna position error too large"  10325          
           flags. Data are flagged but not really bad.

2035-2046 *OV autoallocate can not allocate tape - no data       TAPE   100   11
           being written to tape. Site tech Bill Robbins is                     
           present onsite for tape change, called him to check                  
           things out.                                                          
     2046  OV site tech Bill called. The tape on drive 1 had a                  
           splice in it, and when the splice reached the vacuum                 
           chamber the tape broke (at the splice). He reloaded                  
           drive 2 (data recording started at 20:45:03 UT). He                  
           will removed the tape on drive 1 and reload it with                  
           fresh tape.
