Dave, Lisa,

I just talked to Cindy. She said that Svetloe was down for some
time. So, they didn't observe RDV65. Zelenchukskaya obviously
started the experiment, but probably didn't finish it. Cindy
is sending a message to them to ask about how many hours they
actually observed (if they did).
