     1036  LA high winds.                                                       
1036-1113 *HN getting the following error: "SETFMT:              FMTR   100   37
           problem setting formatter clock: MCB no device                       
           response."  Mk5 is not recording, status shows as                    
           PAUSED.  I tried resetting the formatter MCB, but                    
           am only getting more "no device response" messages.                  
           Called site tech (Don), but he'd already left for                    
           the site.                                                            
     1113  HN formatter has been reset and is responding again.                 
           Site tech says he thinks it may not have powered                     
           back up after fire alarm test on Tuesday.                            
1228-1229 *PT out of point. Power glitch.                        COM    100    1
     1239  FD reports scattered stratus clouds, dry weather.                    
     1252  SC raining.                                                          
1257-1536 *NL lost power. Now on generator.  Antenna             COM    100  159
           autostowed.                                                          
     1305  NL power still not back up. Taking it out of the                     
           observation.                                                         
     1332  LA weather: clear and dry.                                           
     1345  New Operator is Alan Kerr                                            
     1536  End.
