We would like to put BL146 on hold until next September.  
It has not started yet is now late in the season for the 
optical spectroscopy required (over 60 days).
I think BL147 hasn't started yet because of a combination 
4cm being down for a month and the global/HSA runs making 
disk short and preventing any large campaign from being 
scheduled.

Well indeed it is now quite late... The best strategy would be to ask them
to wait until next september. Given that the optical spectroscopy is
obtained from a in-house instrument, I am positive that we would get time
again (indeed I remember that they were planing to observe again next
year anyway).

Could you arrange for the observations to be put on hold until next
september?
