Subject: BE 049 = 43 GHz positions for SiO-13 and SiO-23

Lorant:  New exploratory proposal BE 049 has been accepted for insertion
into the VLBA dynamic queue at high priority, for 1 times 1.0 hrs centered
at PTLST 18 with 256 Mbits/sec recording.  The proposal cover sheet is
attached.
