           CLOUDY skies at SC, HN, and FD. Clear elsewhere.

2146-0523 *SC FRM rotation position error. I can't log           14627  100  457
           in to the site so I'm rebooting the station                          
           computer. I'm now able to get a screen, but the FRM                  
           will not lock in position. It approaches the                         
           commanded position, then drifts away. Typical error                  
           is 0.3-0.8 degrees.

     2333 *SC Readbacks errors shown for St. Croix on drive                     
           2, tracks 15,23,33. Readback tests at all other                      
           stations were OK.

           AZ#2 shows very high current when antenna is                         
           pointed. Possible blown fuse in AZ#1. Site tech                      
           called. I left messages on both his home phone and                   
           cell phone. Antenna is in standby till he can check                  
           it out.
