Subject: Dynamic schedule for BU026A

Dear analysts,

The dynamic schedule for BU026A has been placed in the
appropriate directory on aspen  (.../dynamic/bu026a/bu026a.key).

This is supposed to have three epochs, separated by a year each.
The schedule for bu026a can be replicated for bu026b and
bu026c.  (Of course, I reserve the right to change it
six months after bu026a, if I decide there's a better schedule
that could be made.)
