           by pager. Given their local time (3:30am) I don't                    
           know how likely it is that they will even notice                     
           a page in time to reach the site before the end                      
           of the observation. My calculations when the                         
           observation started indicated that they had enough                   
           tape to make it through but it looks like the                        
           system counted pass 13 as full before it should                      
           have been full.
