Note:  On March 20, the EFOS maser and a Brandywine GPS receiver was 
       installed at the VLA.  On April 2, the drift rate of the maser
       was tweaked.  On April 7, the station was re-timed.  On April
       9, the Brandywine GPS receiver was removed and the VLBA spare
       Odetics receiver was installed.
