Barry never got around to putting the whole lot into OMS as approved, so we have just been queuing each as it comes in. Barry's experience dealing with the pulsar parallax guys is that, to minimize confusion, it is good to have the segment codes carry information on the target and the epoch. In your case the target is really a group of masers. I suggest using the first letter of the segment for the maser group and the second letter for the epoch, and on that basis I have assigned the codes below. (We are stuck with just segment A for the epoch already observed; I should have chosen AA for it but was not thinking ahead.) Next week, Barry will implement these codes for the approved segments, with a +/- 2 week window around the tabulated dates. Then as each key files arrives, its segment will have its status changed from "approved" to "queued" (and thus available for picking dynamically). Please let me know if any of this is unclear. Cheers. - Joan ps, we have noted that you are expecting an observation pretty soon, around July 14 +/- 2 weeks.
