Amy:  This ToO proposal has been accepted for insertion into the
VLBA dynamic queue at high priority, for 6 times 4.0 hrs centered at
PTLST 18.0, with 256 Mbits/sec recording and a 6-day separation.

The default proprietary period for ToOs will apply.

In OMS, the first two segments have been marked for fast correlation
so you can do the sanity checks mentioned in the proposal.  Please
promptly report the outcome of those checks to schedsoc and julvesta.
