Project BM241 wants to phase the entire array, but only 
have the inner three antennas contribute to the analog sum.
To do that, the ANTENNAS file needs to be modified so that
there is a "T" in column 58 for every antenna except the 
ones to be included (in this case Antennas 6, 9, and 10).
Although it is probably not strictly necessary, one of those
antennas should be marked as the reference antenna in the
VLBXROT file (a "T" in column 45 for that antenna).
