BK127C synopsis of failures

Various problems found with the major antennas for this HSA experiment:

AR: Observation was started late due to a serious electrical failure. Data
    recording started approximately 17:43.  In tests no fringes were
    detected to AR after 17:05.

GB: Playback quality is very poor from recorder two, encompassing the time
    range 16:00 to 21:17.

 Y: Amplitude for phased array was approximately one third of normal due to
    an impaired LO cable in the VLBI hardware.

Other problem:

MK: RCP channels are suppressed; problem not yet determined.
