This is scheduled on April 30, 1600-2300 UT, on the VLBA, the GBT, 
Arecibo (visible approximately 1650-1820 UT), and the phased VLA
(2300-0630 VLALST).

This will be segment C of the proposal.

I am herewith asking Vivek Dhawan to continue to serve as local technical 
contact person for this proposal.

We would like to have an observe file by April 18.
