Proposal Selection Committee (December 6, 2005):  Some of the VLBA
stations will be unable to observe at 256 Mbits/sec for more than
10.5 hours of recording; do you want to break this into smaller
pieces or to observe only with those stations that can do so? [snip]

CURRENT TIME ALLOCATION:
 3 times 22.0 hrs dynamically scheduled centered at LST 11.0
     with 256 Mbits/sec recording
