I propose to schedule this on April 24, 0000-1500 UT, and April 24/25, 
1700-0800 UT, with Effelsberg, the GBT and the phased VLA (0700-2200 VLALST
and 0000-1500 VLALST respectively), at 256 Mbits/sec, but on more than 
two tapes per station.

These will be segments C and D, respectively, of the proposal.

I am herewith asking Mark Claussen to continue serving as local technical
contact person for this proposal.

We would like to have observe files by April 8.
