Paperwork has file starting SCH 100 20 at 2310 UT, but file starts at 2300 (See files verify this). Site tech thought that file started at 2310 UT (this is what the paperwork says) 2300-0600 All sites writing on 1 tape at 64 Mbit/sec SCH data rate (except SC which started at 23:11:21 UT but is still 64 Mbits/sec on 1 recorder). Attempted to reach data analysts, notified Array Operations Supervisor who said to contact Craig Walker. Craig seems to think that auto-allocate is ignoring the tape instructions in the file so that when 512 Mbit/sec does start up (at 00:00:43 UT) the tapes will not be in sync - which will be a problem for correlation. Craig said that things will either work fine at 00:00:43 UT when 512 Mbit/sec recording starts or it won't. 2330 Readback check ok 2336 KP bad readback drive 2 track 33; all other sites ok 2341 KP bad readback drive 2 track 33; MK bad readback drive 2 track 5; all other sites ok 2347 KP bad readback drive 2 track 33; all other sites ok 2355 FD bad readback drive 2 track 20; KP bad readback drive 2 track 33; all other sites ok 0000 Readback check ok 0000 Date is 2004APR27/118. 0001 Started recording on both drives at 00:00:43 UT 0001-0523 *Y Total power for BBC4 is about 50% normal.
