Folks,

  These guys need yet another reobservation of BV044 (we're up to 
the 4th try now).  New key files are in the dynamic area, and, after
consultation with Barry, I have reduced the priority from its original
marks.  I have placed a file called bv044d.history in the dynamic
directory for bv044d, so if anyone needs reminding of the sad saga
of this project, feel free to look at the emails there. 

  The main thing is that we need absolutely clear correlator parms from
Wouter or Phil Diamond before we correlate this. Tom,  Wouter has
moved to Cornell so you'll need to get a new address for him and update 
your label file.
