Decided to use 3C286 as the pointing calibrator because it is fairly strong. It was hard to see 3C295. Things are going fairly well so far, but we missed a slew to a calibrator at 02:20 UT because there was not enough time in the schedule to slew to the source after doing the pointing and focus check. It took a few scans for the schedule to catch up, which it did by about 02:33. We were a little late on the first source, getting on source at 00:23. Also missed 0220 - 0233 UT because the schedule got behind due to the long slew to 0923+392. All other scans were observed, and we got good pointing and focus measurements once per hour in most cases. In general the system was working well. At the start of the run it was cloudy with light rain. Later on it cleared up, and there was frost just before dawn.
